I grew up with this lefse as mom would pick some up on the way home from Fargo, ND. During MEA weekend my parents, son and I road tripped to Hutterite Society and Hjemkomst Museum as I had never been before. I stopped in briefly and the office/store is in disrepair as they are remodeling. The lefse is also frozen and $5 a bag. This store could be so much more.
I grew up eating this wonderful Norwegien made Lefse just like my Dad did although his was homemade, whenever we came up here we would stop and pick up a package of Lefse if I was good ok even if I was bad. This stuff is that good! I think it's best with butter and a little bit of sugar!
